Data and Content License
Complete standalone legal document within the DDFU™ Universal Terms Center (UTC). This is the primary legal source for this agreement.
This license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the data and content that form part of the services and products delivered by DDFU™. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, or create derivative works from such data and content except as expressly permitted in your service or product agreement with DDFU™.
1. Grant of Rights
Subject to your compliance with the terms of your agreement with DDFU™, DDFU™ grants you a limited license to view and use the data and content provided as part of the services and products delivered to you. This license is for no other purpose than viewing and using such data and content in the manner intended by the applicable service or product.
2. Restrictions
You may not, without prior written consent from DDFU™: (a) copy, reproduce, or duplicate the data or content except as necessary for viewing and use; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (c) distribute, sublicense, or transfer the data or content to any third party; (d) use the data or content for any purpose other than viewing and use within the scope of the services and products delivered by DDFU™; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying data or content beyond what is made available to you.
3. Ownership
DDFU™ and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the data and content. This license does not transfer any ownership to you. Copyright © DDFU™ and involved third parties. All rights reserved.
